1. No Cancellations or Refunds
All purchases and registrations for the GTCL Launch Event are final and non-refundable. Once a ticket or pass is booked, no cancellation requests will be entertained, regardless of the reason.
2. Non-Transferable Tickets
Tickets or invitations issued are non-transferable, unless approved in writing by the GTCL organizing committee. Any unauthorized transfer may result in cancellation without refund.
3. No-Show Policy
If a registered guest or ticket holder fails to attend the event (a "No-Show"), no refund or compensation will be issued under any circumstances.
4. Event Rescheduling/Postponement
In case the event is rescheduled or postponed due to unforeseen circumstances (such as weather conditions, venue restrictions, or force majeure), your registration will be automatically transferred to the new date. No refund will be provided.
5. Event Cancellation by Organizer
In the rare event that GTCL is cancelled by the organizers, a full or partial refund may be initiated based on the stage of planning and expenditure already incurred. This is at the sole discretion of the organizing committee.
6. Special Circumstances
GTCL reserves the right to evaluate and consider refund or cancellation requests in exceptional humanitarian cases (e.g., serious medical emergencies) provided proper documentation is submitted. The final decision rests with the GTCL management.
7. Agreement
By registering for or purchasing access to the GTCL Launch Event, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this Cancellations & Refund Policy.
